Rix & Co. Studio is a creative studio started by three brothers — Ben, Jacob and Toby Rix. Same surname. Different brains. One shared obsession with making things that don’t feel boring, bloated, or over-thought.

The Rix is the family bit — the foundation, the arguments, the honesty.

The Co. is everyone else we trust: our wider circle of talented friends, collaborators, makers and creative instigators who jump in when the project calls for it.

We don’t do fixed teams or agency theatre. We build the right crew around each idea, pull in the skills that matter, and cut the rest. Sometimes that means designers. Sometimes filmmakers. Sometimes people who don’t fit neatly into a job title but make the work better anyway.

The process is collaborative, fast-moving and occasionally messy — in a good way. Ideas get tested, pulled apart and put back together until they feel right. No preciousness. No posturing. Just solid craft, good taste and a belief that the best work comes from people who actually enjoy working together.
